Types

Flange type, Aero tank filler caps are supplied as standard with a nitrile bonded cork gasket to BS 2020. This gasket has a nominal thickness of 1.00 mm.

We can offer gaskets in other materials at extra cost:

Nitrile Gaskets to BS 2751, Nitrile Bonded Cork

Moulded Nitrile Gasket (Aero 400 only) Moulded Nitrile

Nitrile Rubber Gasket (Aero 300 & 400 only) Nitrile Rubber

In all case it is suggested that a suitable sealant also be employed. We recommend 'Hylomar' sealant or equivalent.
